Project Information
The Winters Chapel Path project arose out of a joint study, “Peachtree Corners – Dunwoody: Winters Chapel Road Area Study,” which was adopted by both cities in April 2015. Phase II of the path extends along the west side of Winters Chapel Road from the end of Phase I at Charmant Place southward to Peeler Road with a section of the path passing through Peachtree Corners. The design is for a 12-foot wide concrete path for two-way bicycle and pedestrian traffic that is separated from the roadway by a landscaped buffer. Decorative pedestrian lights are also proposed.
Phase I from Dunwoody Club Drive to Charmant Place has been completed.
