The Brook Run Park baseball and multi-sport fields are available for UNORGANIZED free play activities outside of the scheduled school, athletic association and baseball activities. Current free play hours for the fields can be found here.
Current pricing is as follows:
- Pernoshal Park Pavilion: $200 up to 4 hours and $400 for 4 hours or more.
- Windwood Hollow Park Pavilion $100 up to 4 hours and $200 for 4 hours or more.
- Brook Run Pavilion and Amphitheater (must rent together): $600 for up to 4 hours and $1,200 for 4 hours or more. (20 picnic tables and can accommodate approximately 200 seated and 250-300 total) **Starting 1/1/23, all rentals will pay a $200 refundable security deposit. - Brook Run Arboretum Pavilion is first come, first serve. We do not rent this pavilion. Any events over 400 people are subject to higher rates.
*5K's and Large Festivals/Events At Brook Run - $2,500 per event (plus permit fees)
What am I allowed to have at my rentals?
Caterers and Grills: You may have retail and food vendors at your event but copies of all participating vendor business licenses are required. Grills are NOT permitted on any grassy area or in any pavilion.
Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted with a $200 refundable deposit. The deposit must be paid with facility rental fee. If the pavilion/event field is clean and free of damage after your event, the alcohol deposit will be refunded by check. Alcohol is NOT permitted in city parks except as part of a facility rental or special event where all appropriate permits and fees have been paid.
Music and Sound Systems: Sound amplification devices are permitted but must comply with the city’s Noise Ordinance. A description of the equipment and devices must be submitted with your application.
Insurance - Bounce Houses: Private Rentals with inflatable bounce houses require proof of insurance. Inflatables can NOT have any kind of water feature and must be held down with sandbags. NO STAKES!
Access: We do not open the access gates at Brook Run. You must load/unload any items needed for your event outside of the access gates.
