The future park at Springwood Connector is a 5.47-acre park. Plans call for repurposing the existing unused green space to become pedestrian and bicycle friendly, with decorative pavers and landscaped medians. A concept is expected in 2026. 

The future park at Springwood Connector was listed as the number three priority in the 2018 Connecting Dunwoody  Placemaking Plan, Phase 1 (park is referred to as the Flyover Bridge Park).
