Perimeter Marketplace is a $38 million development anchored by Publix. The project at 600 Ashwood Parkway features a mix of local and national tenants, including Super Chix, Panda Express, Chopt, Chicken Salad Chick, Restore Hyper Wellness, Solidcore and more. The development includes a section of the commuter trail that runs along Perimeter Marketplace on Ashford Dunwoody. As part of its development plans, Branch Properties agreed to build this part of the trail with separated pedestrian and bicycle facilities. The City is working with the Perimeter Center Improvement Districts on a plan to extend the trail to Hammond Drive on the south side and Mt. Vernon on the north side to improve connectivity and enhance walkability in the Perimeter Center.
