Campus 244 is the former Gold Kist headquarters located near Hammond Drive and visible from I-285. Access to the Dunwoody MARTA Station is an important draw. The existing office building was redeveloped and expanded to create 380,000 square feet of modern office space, a hotel, restaurants and a central greenspace.

Global logistics provider Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group opened a new headquarters at Campus 24 in June 2024. Growth marketing agency Marketwake opened its headquarters here in 2025. Insight Global also has offices at Campus 244. CT Cantina & Taqueria and Stage are restaurant tenants scheduled to open in 2025.

The new 145-key Element Hotel by Westin opened in November 2024.
