Infor

May 2026: Dunwoody Economic Development is excited to announce that Infor is moving its headquarters from New York City to Dunwoody, at Campus 244. Infor, a global leader in cloud-based enterprise software (ERP), is making a significant investment in the city with its new 80,000-square-foot office. The expansion brings 500 employees to Dunwoody and reflects continued confidence in Perimeter as a premier destination for business growth. Infor joins a strong roster of companies that have chosen Dunwoody for its strategic location, talented workforce, and business-friendly environment. 

Choate Construction

May 2026: Dunwoody Economic Development is excited to welcome Choate Construction to its new home at the Terraces North office. Choate is bringing over 200 employees to the heart of the Perimeter market, taking over a 57,000-square-foot space at 400 Perimeter Center Terrace. This move highlights Dunwoody as a premier destination for top-tier companies and talented professionals.

Total Quality Logistics

April 2026: Dunwoody Economic Development is excited to announce that Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is expanding its presence in Dunwoody at Sterling Pointe. TQL is one of the nation’s largest freight brokerage firms, and it’s new 20,000-square-foot office represents a significant investment in Dunwoody. The expansion brings about100 employees to Dunwoody and reflects continued confidence in Perimeter as a premier destination for business growth. TQL joins a strong roster of companies that have chosen Dunwoody for its strategic location, talented workforce, and business-friendly environment. Dunwoody means business.

TriNet

May 2025: Dunwoody Economic Development is excited to welcome TriNet to its new office at High Street in Dunwoody, Georgia. TriNet’s arrival will bring an estimated 750 new jobs over the next five years and occupy 150,000 square feet at High Street, adding another leading business services company to Dunwoody’s growing corporate community and strengthening the district as a vibrant destination for businesses, employees, and visitors. As a provider of full-service HR solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, TriNet supports employers with services including payroll, benefits, risk mitigation, and human capital expertise. Its new Dunwoody location reflects the continued appeal of the Perimeter area as a strategic business address—offering access to talent, connectivity, amenities, and a dynamic mixed-use environment.

Marketwake 

Sept. 2024: Dunwoody Economic Development is thrilled to welcome Marketwake to its new corporate headquarters at Campus 244 in Dunwoody, Georgia. The award-winning growth marketing and creative agency has moved into a custom-designed, 17,395-square-foot office space at 244 Perimeter Center Parkway NE—marking an exciting new chapter for the company and reinforcing Dunwoody’s position as a premier destination for innovative, high-growth businesses. Marketwake’s relocation brings a dynamic creative presence to the Perimeter area and reflects the City’s continued momentum as a hub for talent, entrepreneurship, and forward-thinking companies.

Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group

Global logistics provider Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group opened a new headquarters at Campus 244 in Dunwoody in June 2024. The location allows the companies to attract Atlanta’s diverse talent pool and take advantage of the city’s strategic location.

Swisslog Logistics

In June 2024, Swisslog Logistics Inc. announced the opening of its new regional headquarters for North and South America at the Terraces in Dunwoody. Swisslog Logistics Inc. is a leading provider of best-in-class warehouse automation and software.

Innova Solutions

In early 2024, Innova Solutions, a Georgia-based information technology firm, acquired the building at 1455 Lincoln Parkway in Dunwoody as its new headquarters. Founded in 1998, Innova Solutions and its subsidiaries employ more than 50,000 people worldwide, with annual revenues approaching $3 billion.

Insight Global

The national staffing agency is headquartered in Dunwoody's Twelve24 building on Hammond Drive, which features 335,000 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant space with an adjacent hotel. Insight Global also has offices at Campus 244.

Hapag-Lloyd

In December 2021, the Georgia Department of Economic Development announced that German multinational liner shipping company Hapag-Lloyd will invest $18 million in its new North American headquarters in Dunwoody. Hapag-Lloyd is located in the Three Ravinia Drive Tower.

Schindler Elevator

In 2021, Schindler Elevators subleased a 51,000-square-foot lease from Intercontinental Hotels Group.

Acoustic

Acoustic, formerly known as IBM’s Watson Marketing, an independent marketing cloud platform, announced plans in 2020 to open a new regional office at the Terraces, a pair of 11-story towers in Dunwoody near Perimeter Mall. The move added 300 jobs.

State Farm

The third and final phase of State Farm's Dunwoody regional hub was completed in 2021. The transit-oriented development serves as a model for other developments in the area.

IHG Hotels & Resorts

American corporate offices are headquartered in Three Ravinia, an 817,000-square-foot, 31-story tower and the tallest building in Dunwoody.
