Notice of Potential Additional Fees:
Please be advised that certain transactions or services may be subject to additional fees. Below is a list of potential charges that may be applied to your account. A detailed breakdown of any applicable fees will be provided via email or made available through your portal account for review prior to final payment.
- Late Fee: Assessed on any item received after the specified due date.
- Penalty: A one-time charge equal to 10% of the outstanding balance.
- Interest: Accrued at a rate of 1% every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.
- Fee Correction: Adjustments made to correct miscalculated fees will be applied at no additional charge.
After you complete and submit your application in the new portal, the Business Licensing Office will review your filing and issue an invoice for any additional fees needed to finalize your 2026 renewal. In most cases, the $125.00 base fee is not the final amount due. Please go ahead and pay the base fee to complete your submission; if additional fees apply, they will be invoiced to your business after our review.
