Notice of Potential Additional Fees:
Please be advised that certain transactions or services may be subject to additional fees. Below is a list of potential charges that may be applied to your account. A detailed breakdown of any applicable fees will be provided via email or made available through your portal account for review prior to final payment.
- Late Fee: Assessed on any item received after the specified due date.
- Penalty: A one-time charge equal to 10% of the outstanding balance.
- Interest: Accrued at a rate of 1% every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.
- Fee Correction: Adjustments made to correct miscalculated fees will be applied at no additional charge.
Accepted forms of credit card payments are Amex, Discover, Master Card & Visa will be charged a separate fee by Paymentus. Accounts paying via portal with credit card will receive a confirmation email from Paymentus showing additional fees. No additional fees will apply for eChecks.
