Design of Pedestrian Improvements along Happy Hollow Road from Peeler Road to Dunwoody Club Drive

 The City of Dunwoody is seeking cost proposals to design a concept, preliminary plans, right-of-way plans, final construction plans and construction cost estimates for pedestrian improvements along the west side of Happy Hollow Road from Peeler Road to Dunwoody Club Drive. The City is seeking to replace portions of curb and gutter within the project limits where previous asphalt overlays have caused homeowners to fill in the gutter to match the asphalt buildup. In addition, the City would like to incorporate a 2-ft to 4-ft wide grass buffer behind the curb and a 6-ft wide sidewalk.
