The City of Dunwoody is seeking to add a 12-foot wide shared-use path to the southern side of Old Spring House Lane filling the gap adjacent to the property located at 4545 and 4532 Old Spring House Lane. The proposed improvements should include replacing the existing roll back curb with GDOT Type 2 - 24-inch curb and gutter; a 3-foot minimum landscape buffer (beauty strip) and a 12-foot concrete shared-use path. Due to physical constraints such as right of way, private landscaping, utility poles, trees, etc – this typical section may be adjusted in order to minimize impacts to adjacent properties.
