The City of Dunwoody is soliciting competitive sealed bids from firms for the sale of two properties at 4553 and 4355 N Shallowford Road. Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the ITB 21-01 and Company Name. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at the City of Dunwoody, 4800 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Dunwoody, Georgia 30338.
