The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required
to complete the work described herein in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and
applicable codes. All work shall be performed in a safe, professional manner with minimal
disruption to adjacent areas. Any disturbance to the surrounding area will need to be restored to
preexisting conditions.
