The city is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of Southern Longleaf Pine straw (no slash) at various parks and facilities. Installation shall include tucking and rolling to achieve a minimum depth of four (4) inches. Maintenance .
