  1. The City of Dunwoody is seeking qualifications from firms for on-call construction materials testing, environmental services, and geotechnical engineering.  The selected firms must be fully capable of providing the services outlined herein and must agree to perform such services under the direction of the City.  The selected firms must also agree to perform the services at the times and places designated by the City.  Individual project cost will be based on the submitted Unit Prices provided by the selected firm.  No quantities are implied.  The term of contract shall be for a three (3) year period with one (1) optional annual renewal with the understanding that the prices in the Unit Price Schedule remain the same for optional renewals.
