Dunwoody Nature Center Stream & Wetland Improvements

The Owner requests construction services for the unnamed tributary to Ball Mill Creek
(referred to locally as Wildcat Creek) within the Dunwoody Nature Center. A previous
stream restoration project was partially unsuccessful and the existing boardwalk is
deteriorating. The work proposed under this Contract consists of the following:
1. Restoration of approximately 370 linear feet of the stream channel and improvements
to adjacent wetlands.
2. Design, permitting, and installation of a new boardwalk and outdoor areas. Old
boardwalk is to be demolished and removed from the site according to the new
boardwalk design.
