The City seeks to engage the services of a qualified contractor to provide park maintenance services to include landscape maintenance, green infrastructure maintenance, mowing, trimming, pruning, cleaning, trash removal, mulching, weed and insect control, trail maintenance, facilities maintenance, artificial turf maintenance, janitorial services, and other services as specified for the City’s public parks and facilities. The contractor will also be required to provide right of way and public open space maintenance services to include mowing, trimming, pruning, fallen tree removal, trash pick-up, debris removal, graffiti removal, and other services as required.
