Dunwoody, GA – July 10, 2025 - The City of Dunwoody is moving to a new software solution for Community Development and Finance. The transition will enhance service delivery, improve internal coordination, and offer expanded online access for residents, contractors and businesses.

Beginning August 4, Dunwoody’s Community Development operations will move to CentralSquare, replacing the current system, iWorQ. To prepare for this upgrade, iWorQ will be deactivated after 5 p.m. on July 29. This will temporarily affect services related to permits, inspections, and code enforcement.

To avoid disruptions, please submit all paperwork and schedule necessary inspections to take place before the July 29 deadline. From July 30 to August 4, Community Development will be closed to the public while staff complete the transition. During these days, no new permit applications or code enforcement complaints can be accepted, and no inspections can take place.
