WuDang Kungfu focuses on Xing Yi Quan. Xing Yi Quan or “Form-Intention Boxing” is considered one of the ancient internal styles of Chinese martial arts. Xing Yi is characterized by aggressive, seemingly linear movements and explosive power that's most often applied from a short range. The style applies internal philosophy of yin-yang, 5 elements and breath work; while incorporating many attributes of external kung fu styles. Xing Yi's simplicity of movement, yet depth of mastery make it a great style for all levels of martial artist.
