Class Description

Wu Dang Sanfeng 13 Taijiquan is the original tai chi form designed by Zhan Sanfeng over 700 years ago on Wu Dang Mountain. Known as the “grandfather form,” all internal martial arts sprouted from this form. Students will learn the Wu Dang 13 form step-by-step.  Advanced Taiji principles will also be discussed to enhance your practice. This is a long form that typically takes 8-12 months to learn. It is recommended that students take our Tai Chi Intro Course before learning Wu Dang 13.
