6/08/2013 06-08-13 Storm Drain Marking

Storm Drain Marking - Help Protect our Local Streams

Spend your Saturday morning on a scavenger hunt for storm drains, helping residents and city officials mark our city's drains with our NEW storm drain plaques.  The plaques, which read "No Dumping-Drains to Stream," will inform and remind our residents and visitors that storm drains are a gateway to our city's water system, and we should treat them with the same respect and care we treat our waterways.  We'll start with coffee at Starbuck's, grab some maps, plaques and glue, and head out in groups to do our part to protect our city's water.

When: Saturday, June 8th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Where: Meet at Starbucks at 4516 Chamblee Dunwoody Road

Please contact Drew Cutright for additional information at 678-382-6815
