The City of Dunwoody has various sign ordinances which govern the type, size, and number of signs that can be displayed on private property. In order to understand how these ordinances apply to the signage on your property, please reference Chapter 20 of the City's Code of Ordinances.

For all properties located within the boundaries of the Dunwoody Village Overlay District, additional regulations apply so as to conform to the architectural design standards of the district. Please reference the updated provisions from the Zoning Code Rewrite in Chapter 27, Section 27-97(f). All sign colors, except for logos, are limited to colors available in the Martin Senour Williamsburg Paint Collection or similar approved alternatives.
