Building Permits

 

ALL construction activities with in the City of Dunwoody must be permitted through the Community Development Department. This ensures that all construction is done in accordance with the codes set forth by the City of Dunwoody, DeKalb County and the State of Georgia.

 

Please read over the following items and pick the link most appropriate for your project:

 

Commercial or Multi-Family Residential

Please use the link above if your project is located in a commercial or multi-family zoning district or if your project is a commercial use in ANY residential zoning district.

 

Single-Family Residential

Please use the link above if your project is a residential use in a single-family residential zoning district

Single Trade Permits
