Appointed Officials

The City of Dunwoody has three appointed positions City Manager, City Clerk, and City Attorney. The Mayor and City Council members appoint the individuals to these positions for indefinite terms of service.
The City Manager, Warren Hutmacher, works closely with the mayor and council to assist them in formulating policies and programs. Overseeing all city employees, the city manager is responsible for the efficient ongoing operation of all City of Dunwoody services as set forth by the City Council.
The City Clerk, Sharon Lowery, is the official keeper of the municipal records for the City of Dunwoody. The City Clerk Office publishes agendas for the City Council and is responsible for recording all council- and city mayor-related actions.
The City Attorney, Brian Anderson, works closely with the mayor, city council, and city clerk on a daily basis as legal representative for the City of Dunwoody.
