Incident: Homicide Arrest
Date: 12/30/2011
Location: Dunwoody, GA.
The Dunwoody Police Department has arrested 30 year old Kevin
Stallworth, of College Park Georgia, for the killing of 32 year old Ivan
Perez.
On December 26th at approximately 1543 hours, Mr. Perez
was shot outside of building #8 at the Pointe at Perimeter Apartments.
He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced
dead.
The suspect was located in Jonesboro, Georgia, and has been
charged with Murder (F). We have also arrested 33 year old Antiwan Lane
out of Norcross. He has been charged with Murder for Hire (F). Both
suspects are being held at the DeKalb County Jail.
Through the course of our investigation, Mr. Perez was not the intended target.
