Obtaining a copy of a Dunwoody Police Report

In Person

You may visit the police department 24/7 to pick up a copy of the report. The cost is $0.10 per page (cash only) for accident and/or incident reports unless you are listed in the report as a victim, there is no cost.

By Fax (must be listed on the report as a victim!)

If you are listed in the report as a victim (and therefore no cost is involved), you may request a copy of the police report by fax (770) 396-4655. You must include a copy of your valid driver's license or photo I.D., case number, and return fax number. Requests will not be processed without this information.

Filing a Dunwoody Police Report (Incident or Accident must have occurred within Dunwoody City limits!)

DPD officers must be dispatched to open/file police reports. Therefore, we recommend that you contact “911” (yes, even if it’s not an emergency) to have an officer dispatched to your (Dunwoody) location.

You may visit the police department 24/7 to request an officer to be dispatched to the department to open/file your report.
